Our Specialty Zinnia Six Pack is perfect for gardeners who love unique blooms that are not readily available. This selection is sure to bring beautiful color, unique textures and lasting blooms to your summer garden.

This curated collection includes a hand-selected trio of zinnia varieties we grow at 1818 Farms for their exceptional performance in the garden and the vase. These varieties were specifically bred for the cut-flower industry, making them a must-have for any flower lover.
Each six-pack contains two of each of the following varieties:

Ballerina Zinnia (2 Plants)
A breathtaking blend of soft pink and pale peach, the Ballerina series was bred for a romantic, pastel palette. These large, 4–6" double blooms feature a mix of dahlia- and cactus-type forms. They are hands-down a favorite for wedding-style arrangements and soft, cottage-garden aesthetics.

Agave Zinnia (2 Plants)
Bred for their unique muted desert shades, Agave zinnias produce large double blooms with distinctive, heavily quilled cactus-style petals. You can expect a sophisticated mix of pinks, golds, apricots and oranges that offer a modern, architectural look in both the garden and the vase.

Aurora Zinnia (2 Plants)
The Aurora series is famous for its unique two-tone flowers with contrasting centers. These dahlia-shaped, 4–6" blooms come in a vintage palette of coral, butter yellow, gold and pink. They are early to flower, ensuring your garden is filled with glowing, sunset-hued blooms all season long.

These varieties of zinnias are new to the industry. They will be a garden conversation starter with other flower lovers.

-Bred for Beauty: These specific varieties were selected by professional breeders for their high petal count and sturdy stems.

-Continuous Harvest: The more you cut these zinnias, the more they bloom! They will provide color from mid-summer until the first frost.

-Pollinator-Friendly: Butterflies and bees are particularly drawn to the large, landing-pad blooms of these specialty varieties.

These zinnias thrive in full sun and bloom from summer to frost. They attract pollinators like bees and butterflies while providing continuous color and structure in your garden. Each plant was started with care at 1818 Farms and selected for vigorous growth, beauty and cut flower quality.

Pair this Specialty Zinnia Six Pack with our Curated Cut Flower Garden or Patriot Garden to create a vibrant, productive garden space filled with blooms that inspire all season long.

FAQs

What size will my plants be at pickup? Plant size will vary depending on variety. All plants have been started as early as possible to ensure the most mature plant possible. These are the same size plants we plant in our garden. All plants have been hardened off and should be planted as soon as possible in their permanent growing space.

What are the light requirements for my Specialty Zinnia Six Pack? All plants included in this collection require full sun. For the best growing results, a minimum of 8 hours of sunlight is recommended.

Should I water my plants after pick-up? Once you arrive home with your 1818 Farms Specialty Zinnia Six Pack, water all plants.

When and where should I plant my Specialty Zinnia Six Pack? All plants are ready to be planted directly in the ground at pickup. It is recommended that you plant within 5 days of pickup. Water immediately after planting. Check the moisture level daily until plants are established. You can plant directly into a prepared flower bed or a raised bed that contains the appropriate soil mixture. We are planting this exact collection in a 4 foot by 8 foot raised bed garden.

When will my plants bloom? Bloom time will vary by plant species. You can expect the earliest blooms in 5-7 weeks.

Will my plants come back the following growing season? Most of the plants in the 1818 Farms Specialty Zinnia Six Pack are tender annuals. This means they will not live after a frost. We have included a few varieties that with appropriate care will return year after year. These varieties are called perennials. Please note that extreme winter weather conditions and lack of watering during the growing season can result in perennials not returning.

What if my plants don’t grow or die? 1818 Farms goal is to provide the best quality starts/plugs for your home garden. Your Specialty Zinnia Six Pack will be inspected on the day of pickup and only first quality plants will be included in your purchase. 1818 Farms is not responsible for plants once they are picked up from our farm. This includes wildlife, pest and environmental damage.
