Yes. Each pillow comes with a 100% polyester insert. The insert is slightly oversized so the cover has a full, plump look.

Are the covers removable and washable?

The cover opens with a zipper so it can be removed for spot cleaning. Wool hooked pillows are not machine washable. Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap, and keep out of direct sunlight to preserve colors.
