Planting Hardy Annuals in the Flower Garden
In Zone 7a, Fall is the perfect time to plant hardy annuals, also known as cool flowers. These flowers grow for a few weeks during the warmer days of Fall and are dormant during the Winter. It may look like nothing is happening, but strong root growth is occurring beneath the soil.
