Gomphrena, also known as globe amaranth, is the workhorse of our summer garden. We harvest thousands of stems of these vibrant flowers each year. Gomphrena has a whimsical look and reminds some children of “lollipops” in the garden. They are available in various colors: white/cream, orange/peach, carmine/hot pink, dark purple, bi-color rose, and mauve. Each dried bundle contains 25 stems. Length varies by color.
