Luffa Gourd - Luffa Aegyptiaca

This unique gourd produces a dishcloth/sponge once it is mature. Before setting fruit, its yellow flowers are excellent for pollinators. Young luffas can be harvested and eaten. The taste is similar to zucchini.

Plants prefers full sun and can grow up to 20 feet tall. Trellising is required.

Shipping was too expensive for a pack of seeds

It was a fortune to ship one packet of seeds. Why so much? What happened to a simple stamp and envelope? In fact, the seeds were almost as much as the shipping!
